Thank you for shopping with Dirt-Care USA! We’re committed to getting your products to you as quickly and affordably as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for all the details on shipping charges and delivery options.
1. Shipping Areas We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states of the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally at this time.
2. Shipping Fees
- Orders under $500: A flat shipping fee of $14.95 will apply.
- Orders over $500: Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders over $500.
3. First Order Free Shipping Your first order with us will always be eligible for Free Shipping, no matter the amount.
4. Shipping Methods We ship using Ground services from the following carriers:
- UPS
- GLS
- FedEx
- USPS
5. Shipping Origin All orders are shipped from our warehouse located on the East Coast. As a result, delivery times to West Coast states may be slightly longer than to East Coast destinations.
6. Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.
7. Delivery Time Delivery times may vary based on your location and the carrier. Most orders will arrive within 2-6 business days from the shipping date. Please note that delivery times may be longer for West Coast deliveries due to the distance from our East Coast warehouse
